This 5 day/ 4 night experience is designed to allow you to completely switch off and unwind with a combination of guided and self-guided activities to allow you to fully reset.

Wake up for some guided yoga or a sunrise paddle, or have that sleep in you’ve been dreaming about.
Enjoy a warm bowl of whole oat porridge with rhubarb compote, vanilla bean yoghurt and maple syrup.
Sip on your barista made coffee or pot of chai tea and enjoy the view.

Hit the trails for a walk or the water for paddle. Take in the beautiful surrounds and abundant wildlife.
Return for a hearty vegetable soup with crusty homemade rolls and salted butter.
Read in the hammock or light the indoor fireplace and do some art, weaving or writing indoors.
Have an afternoon nap.
Mingle with the other guests over a mulled wine around the fire.
Enjoy a long-table banquet dinner feast; you’ll be in awe of the colours, flavours and variety of dishes.
Have an early night.
Sleep and repeat, for 6 magical days!
